They have Great benefits; Health benefits, learning opportunities, gym membership, and more.

Cons

Previous (Technology) CIO - people person; caring, involved, and fair. New CIO... all about the numbers - doesn't care about people except those that he brings in from his previous company. Such a shame because the owners are people that set the bar high, appreciated hard work, and an honest days work. I was planning to grow then retire from SWBC.

Free medical, dental and gym membership and incentives for health

Cons

Company recenlty went through major layoffs due to the major contracts they lost. Laid off about 300 employees. The company doesnt invest any time in educating theres employess on the business matters. They would rather just show them how to do things instead of doing trainings. A good majority of the company has no idea what other departments do. There are no policies in procedures. They actually had the employees type them up and then get them published. They do not have any job descriptions. The lack leadership . The manager whom have been with the company for years have no idea what they are doing. This by far has been a horrible company to work for. Some employees are not even being laid ofdue to the loss of work they are being replaced and are told to train others to do there job. Horrible!
