Friendly place to work, benefits, free golds gym

Cons

IT department overworked, Snr management more concerned with stats than improving service to the business units. New CIO bringing in friends to fill positions that they are ultimately not qualified for. New CISO has a good handle on what needs to be improved but can get in the way of the business process... creates change but doesn't communicate it out correctly to the enterprise.

Certain positions should hold a higher salary compared to the marker. Much of upper management work selfishly instead of as a whole.
