      Pros

      Great pay.. When first started department was small and upper management did alot of extra things for us...pizza...cake.etc. Managers easy to talk with and at my location it was very family like. The highest manager for the entire building would walk by everyones desk daily and say high and even knew employees by name. Managers are very understanding and are willing to work with you. Excellent bonus potentials for attendance as well performance.

      Cons

      Its collections so you deal with some very rude members. Department tripled in growth cutting out little extra perks. Training is very quick so either sink or swim. Middle management constantly changing and everyone wants it done differently.

      Pros

      Great benefits and gym membership, employees are encouraged to lead healthy lifestyles. SWBC offers basic training opportunities for employees and encourages ongoing learning.

      Cons

      Disorganized management styles such as inconsistencies in procedures and communication. Difficult to move up in the company, as a full time employee you have to be in your position for at least a year before you can apply into a new role. Lack of employee recognition

      Pros

      Dental, vision, health benefits that you can get at any other company.

      Cons

      The company is growing tremendously but they do not accommodate more personal to alleviate workload. This sucks specially for salaried people.
