Not all executive decisions are good ones
When executives make mistakes, employees suffer
No bonuses for lower level employees
No serious attempts by management to ensure proper career guidance for employees or honest attempts to ensure employees have all the information they need at any given time for appropriate action/work performance.
Since leaving the company, I've become more aware of how many former coworkers left the company - some voluntarily, most not.
Reorganization seems to be the norm. One day, you're promoted into a spot with a given boss. The next, it's a totally different boss and a totally different job.
On the one hand, there is more documentation than is needed to understand or learn any process. On the other hand, you can't find it, and mostly it's out of date.
Company focuses heavily on "compliance." But processes, even though addressed, seem to be less important in the long run than looking good on paper.
