It is as if the upper management can't understand simple numbers. The stats they expect you to maintain don't even make sense on paper, let alone in a real life scenario. Outdated software means you can't be "available" as much as they require without doing some magic. The first manager I had was wonderful -- they decided to "shake it up" for no real reason at all, after I had only been there about 3 1/2 months. The next one was a terror. Never available, she didn't communicate effectively and she really didn't care about her "team" at all.

Mandatory OT Height turn over rate Calls are back to back and u get little time in between calls. They micromanage and they don't care about you at all. There is absolutely no work life balance. They never want to approve your time off and even when you request it they always try to get you to stay longer. Their point system is crazy. You get points for every little things. Even if your sick and get a doctors note they still give u a point against you. I literally can go on and on about all the things wrong with this company. Just don't do it!!!
