Too many cooks in the kitchen, each branch of the org has its own CEO which visions forward can sometimes contradict. Ownership is on its way to retirement and current leaders are moving away from the culture that made it a great place to work.

Horrible management. Which is a shame since the work is actually great. Management lacks consideration or understanding of the mental stress and over all sense of confusion they cause by providing misdirection. They refuse to take accountability for their lack of proper communication and always tend to find their workers to blame.
