      Horrible department. Management is unprofessional and they all stick up for bad behavior in management. Constant bickering and clique environment with makes someone who try's to stay neutral impossible or hostile. Worked there for 3+ years and never received a raise.

      Time off when you need it. Yeah right. They lie to their employees.

      Cons

      If you take the time they allow, then you violate the attendance policy. No warning. Termination on the spot. I was fired after emergency surgery. Tricky company

      Pros

      Co-workers want to assist and do a good job, that’s about all the Pro’s.

      Cons

      Stressful environment, extremely poor decisions made by senior leadership, senior leadership pulling the wool over the owner’s eyes. Bonus has evaporated, more and more work while layoffs were underway. Pressured to write “Good Review” on Glassdoor to increase score. Unethical and priorities change on a weekly basis then you are asked why a project isn’t completed….because last week it was at the bottom of the “to do” list, according to Mgmt.
