Learn A to Z about customer service Taught me how to handle myself with tough phone calls and customers Bonuses Room for promotions Management and HR are easy to communicate and deal with and are understanding

Cons

Very high turnover rate (I was learning new names almost every 3 weeks) If you are not use to dealing with upset customers or can't learn how to deal with them, you will be stressed out Office drama (a little more than to be expected in an office)
