      Pros

      1. Good work life balance. 2. Flexi benefits and working hours is great 3. Very nice office environment and good colleagues 4. A lot of activities even wfh.

      Cons

      1. Lack of career growth, little room for promotion 2. Increment and Bonus is terrible , and sometimes not get any even you always on top. Make sure your salary is sufficient before you join. 3. Not appreciate people. They more believe on person who able to talk rather than work. 4. Micromanagement
