      Global reach with diverse range of jobs and a focus on people. Able to move within the company and opportunities for advancement. Respectable pay. Great benefits, starting with 4-weeks vacation and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, plus 6% NEC and 3-5% match. Also, with an authentic world mission and proven excellence, this is a place where you can work and believe in what you do.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is some difficult red-tape, but that is with many established companies. SWIFT is a non-profit global co-operative, and this impacts in a major way the company's organisation from the board appointees to C-Level execs. This is a good thing, but it does lead to frequent organisational changes which are sometimes tough or disruptive. But SWIFT does put people first and there is good job security so these can be overcome.
