      Pros

      Good working environement Good office place Easily avoided during job search

      Cons

      This office has the worst management. Coworkers are waiting for answers instead of learning. Managers rely on one person to do everything. You need to have relationships with other teams if you want get things done. Very old techs and poor code base. Managers keep their secrets and throw off responsibilities. Developers spend more time in learning manager's process than doing work.

      - Power is centralized in Europe (European Company), which only applies to US based employees. - Approach on forcing employees back to office - Low pay in general for the industry - Work life balance is hard with shift work. - Production access requirements

      Pros

      If you are someone looking to expand your career, work hard and stretch yourself into new areas, SWIFT provides great learning opportunities. Their benefits package is exceptional, with 100% paid family plans, 6% automatic 401K contribution and 4 weeks paid time off.

      Cons

      Wish they would consider allowing certain functions to work from home, verses mandating 2 days a week in the office. Many groups are global teams, which requires early meetings and it was very nice having the flexibility during Covid to WFH 100% and manage around these early meetings which allowed more productivity.
