      Pros

      The office facilities are quite good in terms of laptops, telecommunication means and arrangement.

      Cons

      The office is perceived as a low cost labor units as most of the key decisions are made in the Belgium and US office. The salaries and benefits depend on your racial background and promotion are mostly made based on the exposure rather than merit and achievements.
