      Pros

      Flexi hour and work from home. Nice Office environment and casual wear. Flexi-benefit Free car park Good international exposure and working closely with counterpart in HQ and the regions.

      Cons

      Flat hierarchy that restrict promotions. Flexi benefit remain same since the day they open in Kuala Lumpur. Bonus pro-rated for staff who took maternity. (recently they only revise maternity holiday to 3 months) KL office growth too fast and currently have some redundancy in IT department. Diversity is decreasing as they prefer to hire specific bank employee since the Head of Finance on board.

      Old school middle management with lot of politics Not enough vacations (basis is only 24 days) Colleagues are not always motivated Open office style does not always ease concentration Not the best place to speed up your career
