Flexible working hours. Work from home policy. Good facilities. Depends on the team, you may handle some new activities from head office.

Cons

Only Average quality middle management. Budget is cutting down from years to years. No concrete action to staffs who are under performing.

Pros

People, managers, hours, and FOOOOOD was subsidized and delicious. Benefits were amazing, got my wisdom teeth out for completely free. I also got to mess with some cool prototype technologies that the main market probably didn't know about yet

Cons

Had me working on older technologies when not working with cool unknown prototype tech, but almost nothing with the latest "hip" languages, which makes sense because their priority is security and simplicity in regards to interacting with banks, they have no need for any fancy webapp or js or full stack dev/mobile work
