Pros

Good medical/dental benefits, 401K (with matching), prime locations, employees are friendly and try their best to bring a sense of joy into the office.

Cons

- High turn over of employees, morale of employees due to the lack of appreciation from upper management is next to nothing. - Benefits were better in the past - Rating system of employees is nonexistent - Review of distribution of bonus and salaries is needed. Less needs to go to the top tier and more towards the hard working employees.
