      Pros

      The business is interesting which makes the application support role exciting. Bonuses are attractive as well. Shift hours are not too bad too! Overall a good place to work.

      Cons

      High competition among employees which can result in lengthy working hours. Salary is not upto the market standards. Progression in the company is difficult as ppl hardly leave the company

      Pros

      The CTO has been working to reshape the IT organization to improve collaboration, transparency and effectiveness of IT and is very forward thinking. There are many more opportunities now than one year ago, and the culture is getting consistently better.

      Cons

      As with any organization going through transformation, the changes can be a little unsettling. The workplaces are in real need of updates, but there is a program underway to take care of that.
