Pros

Good working environment at least the headquarters offices in Belgium are very nice. The company is investing a lot in Managers to become more people oriented but this is not easy. There are many competing and conflicting projects which are impacting the management style! But I recommend this company to others.

Cons

Many competing project's demands. Be prepared to work hard. After all, this company is at the centre of the global financial ecosystem that must be up and running 24 by 7 all year long!

Pros

Apparently has good benefits -- which contractors do not receive. Supposed to be a good place from which to retire.

Cons

The low-level management in software development run the place like a sweat shop. While they are lax about what time you arrive there in the morning, or when they arrive at a meeting, the development managers stand around near the top of the stairs watching who is leaving on time near the end of what should be the work day. If you, as a developer, haven't finished some task on time, they expect you to stay there until the task is completed, even if you have to stay all night. Perhaps this explains why they have such a high turn-over of standard employees.
