* Good benefits * Nice colleague culture * Great facilities * great work - life balance

Cons

* Almost impossible to grow after a certain point * net salary is quite low * promotions are often too political and you can get stuck pretty easily * old-style manaement, everyone looks at what you are doing * everything is HQ focused, so if youre not there you miss out on most of the "benefits" * extremely hard to get things done, too much levels of approval * inneficient and complicated way to operate

Good benefits, work life balance. Commute against traffic. Aging staff. Far less younger people. Good to retire company good 401k match.

Cons

Not so good work. Good to retire and not good to start the career. No growth option or internal mobility.
