After Lean very poor employee morale. Too many managers very few workers Poor performance appraisal system, no way for employees to rate managers, results in very average managers

Pay and benefits are good. It was a good place to work until LEAN and the constant catering to managers and above.

Cons

Micromanagement, manager are not qualified, laziness, "politics".
