      Pros

      Good salary, nice offices, seems like there is a lot of internal movement so you can shift roles which is encouraged.

      Cons

      Old man culture, very hierarchical and feels cliquey with some people having been there 20 years + and sycophantism is rife. Exec-Co change their minds every 6 months regarding what the focus is, no one knows whether they're coming or going (change for the sake of change to seem like they are "agile") and company strategy is quoted in every client meeting (to make it seem like we know what we are doing).
