Cons
Sometimes there is some difficult red-tape, but that is with many established companies. SWIFT is a non-profit global co-operative, and this impacts in a major way the company's organisation from the board appointees to C-Level execs. This is a good thing, but it does lead to frequent organisational changes which are sometimes tough or disruptive. But SWIFT does put people first and there is good job security so these can be overcome.
