      A great market potential with a typical SME business mindset

      Pros

      The office facilities are quite good in terms of laptops, telecommunication means and arrangement.

      Cons

      The office is perceived as a low cost labor units as most of the key decisions are made in the Belgium and US office. The salaries and benefits depend on your racial background and promotion are mostly made based on the exposure rather than merit and achievements. If you wish to grow at SWIFT Malaysia, it's recommended to stay away from achieving your figures. Otherwise, you might be the victim our your own success.

      Pros

      Okay benefits Reasonable work hours Good exposure to technology good culture free food.

      Cons

      Unreasonable expectation to be available after hours for calls with global team. Management was of the opinion that salaries are great. Managers and boss displaying egotist behavior during weekly and monthly calls. Training is decent but preferance was given to Belgium team for training. If you are not in Belgium you do not count.

      Pros

      - snacks at pantry - MC can be used when taking care sick dependents - 7.5 hrs working and can work from home - A lot of internal staff activities that we can participate

      Cons

      -No career growth , one employee can stay at the same level for quite a long time until they become bored -There is a policy that at least 1 of the team being marked as RED and he/she will denied for any bonus/increment - Increment is quite sad -too many reorgs making the working environment more haywire - high turnover rate usually resulted from being marked as RED
