      Pros

      There are a small group of people who aren’t concerned with politics and who are genuine, trustworthy individuals. The work/life balance is good.

      Cons

      Run by politics. Management hire people they like and then do what they want. Excessive focus on office presence and emails threatening staff who don’t comply creates an atmosphere of mistrust and low morale You can get ahead if you are in with the right people. How good you are at your job is irrelevant

      good benefits and nice exposure to the industry

      Cons

      You will need to play politics to survive, management is stale and not capable, Employees typically need to do their best with an ever-changing strategy and lack of information. Don't trust too much that you will be taken care of.
