Pros

truly global, multicultural company - strong franchise; SWIFT business card opens doors few people ever walk through. High salaries, travel opportunities.

Cons

cooperative status and its board make it very conservative, even outside the core messaging business, where failure can indeed not be an option. Office politics, bureaucracy, underestimated ignorance prevent success of all new products bar a few, since many years.

Cons

Upper management are clueless. HR is a joke and run by someone who has no HR experience and does not have the best interest of the employee in mind.

Good pay and great benefits, very nice working environment which are very good incentives that can encourage employee loyalty and retain talents. Good work life balance and multicultural. Smart, friendly and helpful coworkers, willing to share knowledge and not much hierarchy.
