      Pros

      - Diversified group of colleagues - Flexible Working Hours - Supportive Manager (for my team so far...) - Many curriculum activities & events - Employee benefits is superb, even for fresh grads. - Trading / internal mobility

      Cons

      - Experienced colleagues, sometimes challenging to stand out - Sometimes "internal mobility" seems like a reason to move you if you're underperforming (based on other colleagues). In my opinion, it's an opportunity, depends on how you see it -> this leads to employee retention questionable. - Software/ERPs for employees are a bit old fashion, somehow customers have modern tech compared to internal system.
