Pros

Beautifull domain, acces to Pool, alot of possabilities for sport.

Cons

Sometimes outdates ways of working and no technical direction. Currently hr and management has a fetisj of forcing people back in the office. Last 2 years was alot more productive and had alot more work life balance and time for friends. Now have to be back in traffic and because everyone is doing videoconference on their desk its difficult to focus with all the noise. Silent rooms are not respected so alot of catch up is needed after hours because the requierement is people need to be in the office.

Pros

- good work life balance - good compensate - bosses are flexible as long as you can deliver - very good CSR team - good working env

Cons

- depending on projects , things can get a bit political - working with US teams is the biggest nightmare - went thru a re-org multiple times and change 4 bosses (to be fair its not their fault) - you need to be REALLY talented to be promoted - internal support can be hit or miss (but they are really striving to improve on that front) - other pro/cons depends varies on teams (which is to be expected)
