Not expected to do much. Reducing but still ok medical benefits

Cons

Senior and middle management incapable of making decisions. Took them almost a year to fill the Tribe Lead position for the showcase transformational product, six months and they still don’t have a CIO. Completely opaque company, even when promoting their own employees to execute levels seem to hide the information.
