Pros

SYSPRO is by far the best company I've had the pleasure to work for. They promote internally, encourage growth and training, and they look out for their employees' well being by providing plenty of PTO, a healthy work environment, and a flexibly hybrid work schedule. The CEO is GREAT, management looks out for their team members, and each employee has been incredibly supportive, kind, and a joy to work with. SYSPRO is actively working on programs to ensure diversity and inclusivity. We have a beautiful new office next to plenty of shopping and places to eat. SYSPRO is on the FLIGHT business center where there are walking trails, a free gym membership, covered parking, a mess hall, and more! Truly a wonderful place to work all around!

Cons

Older reviews will mention the leadership that was in place a couple of years ago. SYSPRO has worked hard to turn that around and they've created an amazing work culture with new leadership in place. NO COMPLAINTS!!

Employee wellbeing and work-life balance is of upmost importance to SYSPRO, and the company recently has encouraged staff members to take a well-deserved break by offering a free leave opportunity with an extra PTO day.
