In the months I have been at SYSPRO, I can truly say that I look forward to coming into work each day. I am encouraged by a friendly, talented team that takes pride in the work we that do. It is a "Team SYSPRO" environment, with thoughtful employee perks. SYSPRO prides itself on "relationships over transactions," which I can attest is true. There's a focus on having the right person for each role. This means that the company encourages and embraces its employees' advancement within SYSPRO. Also, I really appreciate the company's flexibility when it comes to needing time-off for family/life events.
SYSPRO offers a great work-life balance. I'm looking forward to personal and professional growth and success at SYSPRO!
Cons
None so far. Sometimes projects are prioritized and we have to buckle-down to hit intense deadlines -- however, I think that comes with any company in a competitive space.
