There aren't any since PE took over.

Cons

Not worth joining since the acquisition. Quotas have become unrealistic, and the strong culture that once existed is gone. The environment is all pressure with little support, and layoffs happen suddenly with no transparency. Leadership and PE seem focused on maximizing their own compensation rather than building a stable, healthy team. Do yourself a favor and explore other opportunities.

People are trying without knowing what is going on.

Cons

Management is only making decisions based on what will give them the highest value in the shortest amount of time. No investment in product or employees, which is sad.
