Pros

In the months I have been at SYSPRO, I can truly say that I look forward to coming into work each day. I am encouraged by a friendly, talented team that takes pride in the work we that do. It is a "Team SYSPRO" environment, with thoughtful employee perks. SYSPRO prides itself on "relationships over transactions," which I can attest is true. There's a focus on having the right person for each role. This means that the company encourages and embraces its employees' advancement within SYSPRO. Also, I really appreciate the company's flexibility when it comes to needing time-off for family/life events. SYSPRO offers a great work-life balance. I'm looking forward to personal and professional growth and success at SYSPRO!

Cons

None so far. Sometimes projects are prioritized and we have to buckle-down to hit intense deadlines -- however, I think that comes with any company in a competitive space.

Pros

One of the best companies I have ever worked for. The team at SYSPRO as well as the management were very welcoming from the moment I joined the company. I really feel like I joined a family. Not a company for someone who wants to do the same mundane task everyday. Lots of opportunity to get involved with different tasks and work across different areas of the organization.

Cons

So far no complaints. Typical growing pains that one would experience at any company. Overall, a very positive experience.

Pros

Does things for the holidays like catering food. The benefits are awesome from the vaction days, sick days and personal days. The medical benefits are great. The pay was good for what I was doing but have seen minimal pay raise over the years.

Cons

I have seen the company play favorites and sometimes have done some not so good things to employees. They are a IT company but are stuck behind the times far as their processes and do things. I have seen some good people try to do good things for SYSPRO but were just shut down because of others fearing they will look bad in front of new employees. Thats why I am looking for a new opportunit. There are no opportunities to advance just they move you when you cant get along with certain people.
