Pros
The product is good and the developers whoever they are can be proud. I guess that is good for the customers and the sales people.
Cons
The management team forced on this country has to go already. They have no confidence in us and we have no confidence in them. It is clear they have nada management skills. They are a blight on humanity. I am sure most of us are looking.

Pros
Since I started here 2 years ago, the company has been in "growth mode." It's been an interesting ride, to say the least, but I have seen the positive effects the changes have had on the company and the individuals working here, such as: - Opportunities to advance in skill set and career - More thoughtful employee benefits and perks - A motivating and forward-thinking CEO - Transparency and trust throughout the organization - More collaboration across all departments, and an investment in more advanced collaboration tools - A stronger focus on building relationships with partners and customers - A better work-life balance for everyone
Cons
Change is hard. The USA office was acquired and new C-Level management took over. This has been understandably hard for some for one reason or another. Due to this, there has been some negativity in the office, and it has impacted many of us. I am hopeful that those who do not want to be here anymore will move on. Other than that, I believe the only "Con" I have experienced has been the fast pace and constant shift in priority. I have to chalk this up to the pace of change, and I am hopeful it will settle over the next year.
