The compensation is competitive, with good pay and great bonuses that reflect the hard work and dedication of the employees. The company also offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing for a healthy work-life balance which is greatly appreciated. The founders are not only passionate about the business but are also deeply committed to the growth and development of their team. Their leadership inspires and motivates everyone to do their best. Overall, Saarthee is an excellent place to work, offering both professional growth and personal satisfaction. Highly recommend it!

Poor Work-Life-Balance and Fake Promises

Pros

You will get the opportunity to work on different projects. Some of you might consider it a positive thing. I didn't.

Cons

The work-life balance was the worst. People were stressed and exhausted due to the rising burden of work, and the management avoided their concerns. The top management also made fake promises of growth but never fulfilled those promises. It was awful. Please stay away if you like real career growth.

Nothing, Join if you want to end your career

Cons

They don't even pay your salary on time. Never pay the bonuses which were promised at the time of joining. They literally had 1 client, now all the projects for that client is almost gone. Almost no one in the company have any knowledge of any tool apart from Knime, Tableau & Excel. This is the only analytics company not using SQL, because they have 0 expertise in it. Talking to founders, operation team and hr team even onshore analytics team is a huge waste of time. They don't have any knowledge or help to offer but will take around 5-6 hours daily just talking on call, either giving some fundas or just bashing India team. Founders are biggest fraud and couldn't even close a deal with any client. People join in leave in 1 hour and there has been multiple instances of this which is huge for a company of less then 30 people. Funny thing is they have less then 30-40 employees for a decade now. There is no trust in management. This company is basically a failed startup
