Cons

Nepotism. Bad work life culture (14 hours). Co founders promote working 14 hours a day. Do not offer COMP OFF if you work on weekends. "Performance review" is scripted by co founder.

Nothing, will not gain any good experience. They don't have projects and only have 1 client after working for 9 years.

Cons

Everything: Fake promises of growth, opportunity and bonuses Bad HR and operations team. No benefits. Bad culture and micro management No appreciation/award policy/gratuity Minimum onsite opportunity Minimum budget for anything It takes them an year to buy a coffee machine. Founders and HR team are misers. Nepotism, Founders and operation team even some employees are from same family. Founders don't have any real vision or even direction to work on a project. Lot of blaming and no help from senior management
