The leadership is pretty exceptional in terms of empathy towards it's people. Truly a company with a heart. People are very polite and helpful towards each other. Professional growth has been fairly smooth. Got almost 80% hike within my 1st year with the company. Work life balance is taken into consideration. Leaves are not a hassle.
