You will not learn anything good related to analytics.

Cons

Tools used are not used anywhere else in analytics industry and management is so poor that there has been Hugh attrition in 2021. More then 50% of the employees are new and joined in second half of this year.

Exposure to all areas of analytics. Opportunity to directly interact with clients in US and not serve only as a back office. Very competitive summary with fast growth. Companies values people who contribute to the growth. No micromanagement and lot of trust shown with leads and their team Senior leadership team genuinely invests in the growth of individuals.

Cons

Heavy presence of Tier 1/2 colleges. (disclaimer: performance drives growth and not the college - My boss is not from NIT/IIT, is amazing and has gotten a very fast growth)
