      Pros

      At Saatva we always have a great time together, everyone is friendly and works well together as a team. We truly enjoy each other's company, we go on outings together after work and have company game nights. We recently won the Association of Corporate Growth award and enjoy celebrating our wins.

      Cons

      I would say the healthcare benefits are on the lighter side but are getting better as we grow.
