We are sorry to hear you feel the metrics were not clearly communicated, as we try to regularly set understandable and attainable goals, and give each employee the tools to create their own success without the need for micromanagement. Many of our Customer Service Representatives have been promoted to Director or VP-level positions, reflecting our commitment to growing our own talent.
