Pros

They work with you when you're working a full-time job. They offer paid holidays after 90 days. Get paid ever week. Discounts for some of the cell phone companies.

Cons

The pay could be better and communication skills need to improvement

Pros

Great growing company, with room for advancement. Amazing management team the best I've been apart of. I been with the company for 2yrs and have been constantly growing , can't see myself working anywhere else!

Cons

Some part time employees expectations are unable to be met ( $15 an hr) which is unrealistic so we get a few bad apples.

Pros

When I started working I got some great training. Wasn't rushed and spent time with different people to learn varying aspects of the job. Each person gave me good insight and was patient with me. When it was time to work on my own, I was listened to and treated with respect. There's a lot of pride and the people here really take ownership of their personal responsibilities. I've never felt like I didn't have any support. It's a good place to work.

Cons

Sometimes you must split your hours working at different locations.
