Contractor staff-members (the actual building Saber Service's is hired to clean, for). Work at your own pace. Very very easy work if youre into cleanliness

Cons

Management/supervisors. Horrible, drama-filled co-workers. Money-hungry company (they dont care about you and your needs as long as they get paid and look good, themselves). Below-average pay for a national average custodial-paying job. No career advancement; even after 1 year+ of working for the company.
