Inadequate staffing, training, orientation (non-existent), and managerial support. Redundant charting, no communication between departments, management was all "yes-men" to awful regional directors, understaffed or overstaffed depending on patient admissions, had no say over RUG levels or amount of time spent in therapy with a client, sometimes had to work 55 hours per week, sometimes only got 30 hours per week without any warning, crappy vacation time. I was told (right before I quite) that work should come before family.

Theft of narcotics, theft of employee and resident belongings, residents lying and getting good staff fired, staffing inadequate, training/orientation inadequate/non-existent, no managerial support.
