      Decent benefits and salary. They would have to be.

      Cons

      Mostly everything! I was in management and i felt I was set up to fail. Too demanding of personal time. No growth.

      Pros

      If you want to pick up hours there is usually an opportunity. Staff can be helpful but not always. Great location. New Administrator is is fabulous. Hopefully she will bring about good change.

      Cons

      HR department is small and unorganized. Need to hire more people to help.
