      No pros that I can think of aside from some of the staff members that actually enjoy what they are doing

      Cons

      This place was horrible - don’t even bother applying. We had people that didn’t even come off of orientation before they quit

      Pros

      The only pros are coworkers trying to help each other through the constant chaos and changes. There are some really good employees that I will miss more than they know.

      Cons

      Short staffed. Poor job training. Poor pay. Poor staff appreciation. Poor corporate support. I’ve never worked for a company with absolutely no concern for staff or residents.
