The staff was amazing as was the residents.

Cons

Terrible management team. Administrator doesn’t care about anybody but herself and will try to pin issues on staff that have everything to do with her.

Pros

Good schedule and for myself it was conveniently close. Days go fast because you're so busy. Residents are sweet. Offered classes top become certified.

Cons

Ok pay. Benefits are not great. Staff is terrible to peers especially management. All rules do not apply to everyone. Super understaffed because of the lack of professionalism and it falls bwck on residents. Impossible to efficiently drop your job and they suffer. No running water when I started & then only cold water and no wipes it was sad. Staff is very hard to work with unless you know someone you get zero help.
