The residents, weekly pay, free parking

Cons

Management was shamefully disrespectful to new and senior staff members. I’d say condescending at best, and it broke my heart watching management roll their eyes into the next dimension instead of taking the time to help someone that’s only been there a week…….at a staff meeting.
