Pros

Saber offers many things to employees including but not limited to excellent wages, benefits and PTO plan as well as fun activities at our office. But, I really like the environment in which I work. I work with great team. I feel as though my ideas are heard and I get support from multiple areas!

The pay is ok if you want overtime

Cons

Facility has roaches and you will be understaffed every day. In average I had 40 patients on night shift. They’d do anything to keep from giving you your bailer bonus/overtime.
