* Was more generous than other companies I've worked for when providing overtime, since speech caseload would fluctuate considerably

Cons

* Pushed concurrents and cotreats * Would cut my hours at my home site so that I could "help" at a sister building 15-25 minutes away. There was pressure to go or not be considered a team player * Virtually no interview process when hiring new DORs. It's usually a therapist within the rehab dept and there seem to be no prerequisite skills or qualifications which leads to poor management,
