Regional and internal leadership team and they are 100% intimidated by the African American community that are educated. This company is ran by low educated privilege individuals and will try their best to get rid of a high performing black person due to their ego. African Americans I know you got the educated pass this company at all cost is you want to succeed and he’ll the community instead of hiding facility abuse.
