If you miss a day of work on a weekend, I was told you have to make it up because Saber Health said it was a rule. I had a heart attack on the job. I was sent out to the hospital with a doctor’s note not to come back until a doctor signed off saying I could come back. I was not paid for this time I was not working but told I had to make up the weekends that I missed while I was out. I wanna know who makes this stuff up? I have never worked in such a place with a rule like this. This is the most ridiculous rule I have ever heard of. There is no respect or compassion with saber health group or its employees. For Christ’s sake I had a heart attack on the job and they are telling me I have to make up missed weekends for having a heart attack and did not get paid for. They were jist worried about when I was coming back to work and making up weekends for time I was out and missed. Again, who made up this rule and please contact me..
