Work Life Balance in most of the times can be satisfactory Some colleagues are very friendly and supportive

Senior Managers/Directors/VPs have no clue what they are doing Yes Sir/No Sir Culture, all the new Leaders lack basic transparency Overtime in the name of Above and Beyond is the current Sabre Culture They would hire you with good salary but over the years salaries are suppressed, promotions are denied but Leaders get quick promotions.
